A CLINICAL STYLE UNIQUE TO A BELLE
My personal style is one that embraces the idea that Southern Belles have well known and understood rules to etiquette, rules to conversation, or rules to living life in a graceful or set way. My clinical style in psychology literally mirrors the “life rules” concept, but with a healthy twist!
Helping you write the rules to create a life of purpose, on purpose!
When it comes to mental health, much of my work involves helping you create a new story, new rules, or guidelines that help you to overcome whatever has caused you hurt, pain, or delays in life progress. The Southern Belle part of my identity emerges in the way I live life by my own rules, specifically, ones that allow me to be well, and content. I like helping others reclaim their ability to do the same.
WHO AM I?
Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, and fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be?”

Mental Health Resources
There are a number of mental health resources on the internet. The U.S. Department of Health & Human Services is a good place to look if you have questions about mental health for yourself or loved ones.
Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make choices. You can read more at the HHS website on mental health.
