Therapy allows you the safe space to discuss the emotions that may accompany your life’s various challenges, while helping you identify the route for the challenges to become easier to manage. You may be dealing with relationship stressors, depression, anxiety, anger, sadness, or others. Our work together will include not only identifying sources of this distress, but solutions for resolving them. I am to empower my clients mentally, emotionally, and physically, to improve their own abilities to cope, heal, improve and maintain wellness.

It absolutely normal for you to feel nervous or anxious about starting therapy. I recognize that there has historically been a negative stigma attached to mental health that may have caused many to shy away from seeking support. However, I honor the strength it takes to reach out for help and take steps towards becoming a better you. You deserve to live a whole and fulfilling life, and I celebrate you making YOU a priority in order to reach that goal.

Speaker & Host

I provide mental health presence for small and large group settings desiring to bring a wellness component/focus to their events. I am so passionate about this work and the opportunity to educate and enlighten others in a way that is both helpful and insightful! Previous speaking/host environments have included corporate trainings, educational conferences as well as workshops, non-profit events, and more.

Consulting

I offer expert mental health input, public awareness, and wellness guidance for community groups, organizations, and corporations.

Needing mental health legal presence? I have been trained and am knowledgeable in mental health issues within the legal system (Certified Forensic Examiner) and have experience providing expert testimony in criminal, juvenile, and civil courts. Additional services provided include Competency to Stand Trial evaluations and Risk Assessments.
