Therapy allows you the safe space to discuss the emotions that may accompany your life’s various challenges, while helping you identify the route for the challenges to become easier to manage. You may be dealing with relationship stressors, depression, anxiety, anger, sadness, or others. Our work together will include not only identifying sources of this distress, but solutions for resolving it. I am to empower my clients mentally, emotionally, and physically, to improve their abilities to cope, heal, improve and maintain wellness.
The coaching element comes in and compliments therapy in that I use a solution- focused, targeted approach. With care and guidance, I will hold accountable for your goals and personal outcomes.
Speaker & Host
I provide presence for events, seminars and, workshops designed for people seeking information on mental health, wellness, and many other topics. I am so excited about this work and the opportunity to educate and enlighten others in a way that is both helpful and insightful! Previous speaking/host environments have included corporate trainings, educational conferences and workshops, non-profit events, and more.
I offer expert mental health input, evaluation, and guidance in various areas of contract consultation, nonprofit work, and grants.
Needing court guidance? I have been trained and am knowledgeable in mental health issues within the legal system (Certified Forensic Examiner) and have experience providing expert testimony in criminal, juvenile, and civil courts. Additional services provided include Competency to Stand Trial evaluations and Risk Assessments.
